Mr. Tran Le Quan was born in 1970 in Dong Thap Province. From 1989 to 1994, he pursued his undergraduate and master’s studies at Kharkiv University, Ukraine.
In 2002, he earned a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Toyama Medical and Pharmaceutical University, Japan.
In 2005, he was appointed Head of the Central Analytical Laboratory at the University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, a position he has held to the present.
Since 2007, he has served as Head of the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2010, Dr. Tran Le Quan was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
From 2012 to the present, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Le Quan has been appointed Vice President of the University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.
